BioShock 2 Shipping Dates Revealed for North America and Europe

During a Take-Two financial conference call, Ben Feder who is the CEO, revealed the dates when BioShock 2 would be released in both North America and Europe. Europeans will be a receiving the game a tad early, which is rare for titles developed in America, and will ship on October 30. North American residences are expected to pick up the game a few days later on November 3, 2009.

As of now, Take-Two has yet to mention which systems the adventure first-person shooter will grace, but considering the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC sell games at a healthy rate, we should eventually see BioShock 2 on all three.

However, I do think we might see a timed-exclusive, much like we saw with the original BioShock. Judging the lineups for both the PS3 and Xbox 360, I think Microsoft would need BioShock 2, more so than Sony.

If anything like a timed-exclusive is confirmed, expect to hear it at E3.
