Donkey Kong has been getting a lot of love as of late. We can probably blame it on the amazing 2007 documentary “King of Kong.” Of course, the classic game was always famous, but as of late — it has made a huge comeback. Sure, we cannot play the game like Billy Mitchell or Steve Wiebe but we can all appreciate them and art based around the game.

Up top is a Lego creation by Fantastic Roy, which is inspired off of Donkey Kong and as you can tell, it most likely took a long time. Well, it would’ve for me anyway. Although, Pauline (Lady) reminds me of a girl from the 1950s, and Donkey Kong looks so lovable that I want to hug him. That’s totally not like the game!
