A while back, a contest was rumored that would let Pepsi give away Rock Band downloadable tracks. It is no longer video game gossip, but now the truth. If you purchase a specially marked Pepsi bottled products and look under the cap, you could win a Rock Band 2 bundle, Rock Band tracks, Xbox 360 system and “other great prizes.”

Also the promotion is calling for gamers to make their own “Rock Band Music Video“. If yours is selected as the best, you could win you’re very own MTV Video Music Award Moonman — yay? Yeah, just give me Rock Band 2 and some free downloadable tracks instead, thanks!
