Video: Real Life Mirror’s Edge
AZO, is an admirer of parkour. So naturally, he must of found EA’s Mirror’s Edge exceptional. How could he not really, the game was a first of its kind. It relied on parkour mechanics, while maintaing a traditional first-person view. While it gave people motion sickness, it was a completely original title and most who owned it thought it was enjoyable, in spite of its drawbacks.
AZO apparently liked both so much, he recreated the game…in-real life. If you watch the clip, you’ll notice it seems awfully familiar to Faith’s style, which featured in the video game. However, instead of jumping from building to building like Faith, he plays it a little safer. As opposed to jumping from a ledge, he jumps on a playground slide. It’s sill impressive nonetheless. AZO explained how he did it,
“First person view stunt and tricks, like in the game ‘Mirror’s Edge’. The camera isn’t attach to anything. It was either in my right or left hand while I jump around.”
Check out the video up. If it does one thing, it proves AZO is more athletic than you.
