New Trailer for Punch-Out!!
The guys over at gonintendo have uploaded a new trailer for the Wii’s Punch-Out!! and boy, I can’t wait. The boxing classic looks pretty much a remake of the original game and for some people, that could be a negative. However, for me — it’s just what I want and I hope most of you agree.
The only minor complaint I have is its just a tad to dark. The older games had a little more brightness and felt more ‘alive.’ In the NES version, you could see the whole audience while you fight, but in the new installment, they are darkened it out to the point where you can’t see them. I guess it is more like a real boxing match — but that’s the thing, Punch-Out!! is super unrealistic and that is why we all love it!
Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers.

I grew up with the original so I am happy if it is a remake. Relive my childhood memories.

Mike Tyson’s Punch Out was the title that originally addicted me to video games. I remake is not a bad thing in my eyes. If it plays like the original, and tosses a few twists in there, I’m sure to be a happy gamer!
