PSP ‘Fake Ads’ Are Better Than the Real Ones

Concept artist Skizo created these fake billboards for the PSP, however they could be the best marketing for the handheld to date. The idea surrounding the ads is to have a glass/plastic so you can see what is behind the advertisement, but put an object from a ‘game’ on the surface and pretend it is part of the world.

Just look at the picture up top and you’ll get the impression what the artist was trying to get across. The only reason why I think it ‘might’ not look as good in real life as it does in the pictures is because the backdrop would be in 3D, while the object plastered on it is 2D. But that would be my only concern. Either way, Sony should look into hiring this kid.

After the jump check out the rest of his work.
