Play Mirror’s Edge in 2D Right Now, It’s Awesome

Here’s a quick mention for a game being developed by Brad Borne from Borne Games. He and EA are teaming up to create a full fledge Mirror’s Edge game but in 2D using flash.

Click here to get your chance to play the beta right now, and trust us — it’s awesome. The game certainly nailed down the look, speed and feel of its big brother version which is on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The biggest thing we were impressed with was Faith’s animations — they’re incredible. I just hope EA is smart and decide to port it over to the PlayStation Network and/or Xbox Live Arcade for a download. Heck, they should make it free to promote the original game!

  1. This game has definite promise!!! I will be waiting for the final version and will definitely be playing it!

  2. This game looks so slick. The game play speed and controls are FLAWLESS. This game would be the perfect addition to the touch screen mobile gaming platform. I would love to see how game play would be executed on the Krave. (motorola.com/krave) Ever since I started working with Motorola I have become especially fond of it’s 2 MP camera, blue tooth and full HTML web browsing. Does anyone else have a favorite phone right now?

  3. This flash game is good.. really didn’t like the real game though.
