Confirmed: Left 4 Dead Demo Coming Out Around Halloween
Valve and EA have promised the demo for the highly anticipated zombie-killing gorefest Left 4 Dead is going to be released around Halloween — how appropriate. Valve’s marketing VP Doug Lombardi has confirmed not only will a demo be available for download for the PC and Xbox 360, but will include the first two missions of the ‘survivor campaign mode.’ The level will be set inside the hospital map and will feature cooperative online play with up to four players.
Although, if you hope to eat your buddies brains in the demo, you’ll have to wait for the retail version — because it will not be included in the demo.
The full version for Left 4 Dead is scheduled to come out in stores on November 18.
