Fable II Will NOT Feature Online Co-op When the Game is Released

Didn’t Peter Molyneux say Fable II was done back in July at E3? Apparently, he spoke to soon…again. One of the biggest features he was trotting around since GDC, was the online co-op mode. Guess what, when the game launches on October 21, the game won’t feature it because their “still making tweaks” (Doesn’t sound ‘done’ to us). Although, the game is confirmed to have local co-op on the day of release, where just not sure anyone has friends next to them when they play games anymore. Of course we’re kidding about that…well kinda.

Lionhead Studios hopes to have an update about a week after the sequel is on store shelves and the download should include online co-op.

  1. I’m still buying it=)
I read someplace else that you will still be able to see your friends orbs in the game and will be able to talk to them and so on.
