Midway’s controversial fighter in the gaming community has announced the complete list of the selectable characters in Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. Shao Kahn, Baraka, Lex Luther, and Darkseid all join the impressive roster. Since the debut last April, MK vs DC has been criticized by fans of both franchise and both asked the question ‘why?’

Over time fans of the two have both excepted the idea of the fighter and many have even started to embrace the idea after this past E3. Even though the gore has been tamed, the basic mechanics and fun factor has remained the same, and even some fatalities like the Joker’s could even be more creative then the previous Mortal Kombats’.

Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe is scheduled to come out on November 10, 2008 in the US.
