Hey Look Ma, Best Buy is Trying to Rip You Off!

Here’s a shocker, Best Buy wants to rip you off by selling you a replacement plan for the Wii Fit. They believe that something bad can happen to the board because players of “all shape and sizes” could possibly use the game, and break it. My guess some manager thought this idea of putting up a sign, will help their sales go up for “Product Replacement Plans.” Little did he know, gamers are out in full force, and they’ll make you foolish, just like what the user Great Beyond on flickr did when he took the picture above. Folks, this is a sleazy way for Best Buy to sell you something you don’t need. If you aren’t aware (obviously the manager isn’t), the Wii Fit board can hold up to 600 lb. So if you can even find the game at your local Best Buy, don’t worry about this scam.
