Video of Water Hitting a Wall in Real Time, Thanks to Nvidia Buying Ageia

Watch more Gaming Videos

A few months ago, the graphics chip company Nvidia bought Ageia-a company that specialized in physics in computers called PhysX. When the deal went down, Nvidia announced they’d be taken advantage of the GPU’s physics processors. Meaning anyone who owns a Nvidia card would have access to the PhysX if you were speaking in broad terms.

The video up top is what we can expect in the future for Nvidia, and how awesome water looks when hitting a wall in real-time. It’s also fantastic to see the switch between the water and the particles. It really is a thing of beauty.
